SUPPLY OF PRODUCT
Libby's Pork Crack endeavours to keep the website as up to date and accurate as possible. Sometimes product may no longer be available or out of stock. If such a situation does occur we will notify you as soon as possible and will happily organise a refund or credit.

Libby's Pork Crack makes every effort to ensure information on our website is up to date and correct at the time it was loaded. Please notify us if you are aware of any inconsistencies.

PRICING
All prices shown on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices shown on the website may vary from the prices shown elsewhere with other retailers. Prices are subject to change without notice. Once you have confirmed your order, the price will be set. In the unlikely event of an error in pricing we will notify you by email before processing the payment.

PAYMENT
Libby's Pork Crack uses the Shopify Payments Gateway for its online credit card transactions. This provides a secure and efficient credit card processing service for our customers in New Zealand. TopShelf does not have access to your full card number. All transactions are processed in real-time. We accept VISA and Mastercard. Unfortunately we cannot accept payments by AMEX or Diners Cards

OWNERSHIP
Ownership shall remain with Libby's Pork Crack until the customer has made payment in full. Until ownership passes to the customer Libby's Pork Crack may repossess any or all of the goods supplied.

CANCELLING ORDERS
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made. If you make an error when processing your order please contact us.

DELIVERY
Once Libby's Pork Crack receives your order we will do our best to package and deliver your order as quickly as possible. We fresh cook every Tuesday and ship Wednesdays. Delivery can take anywhere from 3-5 days and rural delivery takes a little longer. If we can only partially fill your order we will contact you directly to discuss delivery options. 

SHIPPING
Shipping is within New Zealand only. 

SALE ITEMS
Please note that all items bought on sale are unable to be returned or exchanged.

LIABILITY
The liability of Libby's Pork Crack whether in contract or tort, for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect or non-compliance of the goods supplied is limited to replacement or repair of such goods or damages not exceeding the invoice value of such goods. Libby's Pork Crack shall not be liable for any consequential indirect or special damage or loss of any kind whatsoever.
