The Crack caught on and soon not only those embracing the fitness and health lifestyle were hooked but foodies of all types.
As Libby's Pork Crack grew in popularity so did its range, with deep cut flavours that stayed true to the original intent: Free Farmed or Free Range ethically raised animals, sustainability, and all round goodness for your body.
A New School keeps Queen Libby's dream alive and kickin' headed up by "The Chef" (aka Paul Duncan) and the "Mike Controller" (aka Jesse Watson) pushing Libby's Pork Crack into all new levels of creation. The Chef has taken over the decks to create OG deep cuts and to discover legit flavours to rock your taste buds; he’s basically the human 808 of our kitchen. And the Mike Controller brings his years of experience in the food industry and entrepreneurial street knowledge to seek opportunities that will take the Crack to dizzying new heights; you might even find him throwing down some freestyle shapes on occasion.
About the crack
Fresh Free Farmed or Free Range pork rind is hand cut and baked until it is perfectly crisp. Then it is coated in a special blend of organic spices and packaged up fresh to order with a shelf life of 6 weeks. It’s pretty simple really and that’s how we like it. No nasty preservatives! Food that is not fussy or fussed with and as close to its natural state as possible.
As an artisan product no two batches will look identical, but they will taste equally delicious. We love its traditional home cooked feel.
Our crack is oven-baked and seasoned with organic spices and Himalayan Salt. That's it. And that's why it's good for you and tastes so damn legit.
